Food Drive 2019

Every November, we have a food drive to support local food pantries.  We alternate every other year from Seneca to Marseilles.  This year we added Pet Project in Seneca to donate pet supplies as well.

It is a competition between classes to see who will bring in the most canned goods for humans and pets throughout the month of November including the first week of December.  This year’s classroom winner was 7th grade instructed by Debbie Ludwig with 550 donated canned items.  They will also receive the traveling “Spirit Banner” to hang with pride on their door.

The overall total donation for our school was 1,661 cans.  We appreciate all of the giving hearts of Milton Pope School in supporting this worthy cause!
